Artechef is run by two chefs who happen to be two good friends; Aristotile Candito and Livio Te ( Ar + Te=arte ). Both from Naples both traditionally trained in Italy, and both grown up on the good food only our mothers and grandmothers can cook. Artechef brings together all the great Italian culinary traditions with a Neapolitan southern Italian influence.
